Special Feature: Markus Lupfer Geometric Garden

markus_lupferThe first presentation I attended this past London fashion week was Markus Lupfer. What I loved was even though this was the autumn collection, so many of the pieces felt like they could work for all seasons. The Markus Lupfer girl is quirky and sophisticated. Not only can she transition from work to play but also from autumn to spring too. The use of oversized florals and geometric shapes, mixed with metallics and sheers is excellent style inspiration for right now. Put that inspiration into play using pieces from the current season available on farfetch.com

The beauty look for the collection followed that same theme of quirky sophistication. The use of gold glitter and gold leaf placed strategically on the eyes created a delicate sparkle to the eyes. A real-way version of the look would include the same dewy skin and a nude lip. Skip the gold leaf in favour of a frosty gold shadow.

8. Chantecaille Just Skin Tinted Moisturizer 9. Sunday Riley Juno Hydroactive Cellular Face Oil 10. By Terry Ombre Blackstar in Beyond Gold 11. MAC Glitter in Gold 12. Lipstick Queen in Pinky Nude
