Toronto Women's Fashion Week AW17

After a year hiatus Toronto Women’s fashion week was back this month. With a new name, and venue, and fewer designers on the schedule. One thing remained the same; Grace Lee was back with her makeup team and we were ready to pump out some fabulous looks. Twenty shows packed into four days, made for very busy backstage. Along with the usual faithful standbys like Color Tattoo, Brow Drama Mascara, and the Nude Palette, after this season I’ve added a few new products to my Maybelline kit faves. Dream Cushion foundation and the Brightening Concealer are at the top of that list. These actually do work like a dream! The cushion foundation with a beauty blender gives a very flawless finish when you need just a bit of extra coverage. I’ve been using the concealer on myself in the deepest shade. It goes on very smooth and brightens under the eyes. The Master Contour Duo I have to admit I’d sort of ignored in the past. When in fact the cool undertone is really good for shading on light to medium skin tones.
