On a particularly cold, extremely early Sunday morning in New York; I made my way to the Hauser and Wirth gallery for the Public School show. The brief from lead makeup artist Grace Lee was “anti-pretty.” The complexion was to be raw, meaning no foundation or concealer under the eyes.

Best of Toronto Fashion Week FW15

A few of most popular makeup trends to emerge from last weeks collections in Toronto were the matte red lip, precise liquid eyeliner designs, and full eyebrows. Grace Lee created all the looks for the entire week of over 25 shows. My must-have Maybelline products included everything from the brow category.

Toronto Fashion Week SS15 Day 4 & 5

The makeup looks for day 4 were all about dewy, highlighted skin as seen at Caitlin Power and Rudsak.  Our go to products to create these looks were Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barely Branded and Too Cool, mixed with Baby Lips. The first show on Friday was a very strong look for Huntress.

Day One Toronto Fashion Week AW14

World Master Card Fashion Week started yesterday in Toronto, and things got off to a very busy start at the tents in David Pecaut Square. Grace Lee created 5 beautiful looks that the team and I executed. My two faves were Mikhael Kale and Line Knitwear. For Mikhael Kale super dewy skin was created using a combo of BB Cream and Baby Lips on the top of the cheekbones.

Toronto Fashion Week Part 2

Tuesday and Wednesday were the biggest days of the week. We had 7 shows on Tuesday, and what seemed like 5 shows on Wednesday. The Khorani show (which by the way is a carpet company!) was actually divided into 7 different looks.

I keyed the first segment of the show which was called Belle De Jour.
