paris-fashion-week-2015

The grande finale of the spring collections wrapped last week in Paris. One of my favourite looks was the glitter brow created by Val Garland at Giambattista Valli. The vibrancy and the sparkle of the glitter stood out beautifully against the models almost bare faces.

Sneak Preview: Paris SS12

Talk about saving the best for last. The Paris shows were spectacular. The clothes of course are always the main event but the hair makeup just really pulled it all together. Stand outs would have to be the underwater themes at both Chanel and McQueen. The makeup looked beautiful.

Makeup Artist: Aaron de Mey

Aaron de Mey

Aaron de Mey has some of the most beautiful, detail oriented make up around. A few years ago, backstage at the Haider Ackerman show in Paris, I saw first hand Aaron’s precise work. One look at the images above and you know what I’m talking about. I’ve been a fan ever since Paris.
